Organizational model
Legislative Decree No. 231/2001 introduced a new system of liability for companies. At the meeting of the Board of Directors of 5 April 2024, Webranking adopted an Organization, Management and Control Model, the General Part of which is attached hereto. The other parts are available to interested parties upon request.
