Whistleblowing
We inform you that Webranking has established an internal reporting system in compliance with Legislative Decree No. 231/2001 and Legislative Decree No. 24 of March 10, 2023, which implements EU Directive 2019/1937 on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law.
In practice, this system allows Webranking employees and those who have relations with the Company (such as consultants, suppliers, agents, business partners, shareholders, interns, volunteers) to report:
- Breaches of European Union law
- Administrative, accounting, civil, or criminal offenses
- Misconduct relevant under Legislative Decree No. 231/2001 or violations of the Webranking Organizational, Management, and Control Model
- Violations of the Webranking Code of Ethics and Conduct
- Suspected or verified violations of Webranking procedures or the internal regulatory system
- Violations in the area of Environmental, Social & Governance
Reports can be made through a dedicated platform, which ensures the confidentiality of the identity of the reporter and the information contained in the report through encryption systems.
