The selection process consists of 2 phases:

• An initial phase where you will be invited to an introductory interview remotely (video call) with the HR contact person
• The second phase, which is more in-depth, includes an interview that can also be very practical, giving you a clearer idea of the type of work you could do at Webranking and better understand your actual interest in the proposed position.
  During the in-depth interview, depending on the position, we may propose a "practical" test. In this case, you will be notified in advance about its content.

Once the selection process begins, you will receive feedback after each interview. However, feedback is not provided at the time of application.

We provide a monthly compensation for periods of at least 4 months.

We have a very flexible smart working policy, so distance is not a problem for us.

During internships, we evaluate on a case-by-case basis, also depending on the requests from the university/organization with which it is activated.
