How is the selection made?
The selection process consists of 2 phases:
- An initial phase, where you will be invited to a remote, cognitive interview (videocall) with the HR reference person
The second phase, more in-depth, involves an interview that can also include a practical element, which will give you a more concrete idea of the type of work you might do in Webranking and help you better understand whether the proposed position really interests you. - During the in-depth interview, depending on the position, we may set you a “practical” test. In this event, you will be notified in good time about the nature of the test.
When can I expect feedback on my selection process?
Once the selection process begins, after each interview you will receive feedback. There is no feedback at the time of application.
How can I prepare for the interview?
The first interview is cognitive so it is usually focused on gaining an understanding of your experience and educational background. In the second interview, in the event a practical test is foreseen, you will receive in advance a brief with all the necessary information.
Can I apply for more than one position?
Yes, of course. If your profile meets the requirements for other open positions, we will offer you other options.
I would like to work in Webranking but I have no experience. Would you suggest I apply anyway?
Yes. Where previous experience in the role is desirable, this is normally mentioned in the vacancy announcement. In any case, we advise you to try – don’t hide your light under a bushel!
There are no open positions that reflect my experience, can I still send my CV?
Yes, here is the link for spontaneous applications. However, we recommend that you keep an eye on our open positions and apply when you find one that reflects your experience.
Are internships paid?
We offer a monthly fee for periods of at least 4 months.
I would like to do a curricular internship to round off my studies. Can I do my thesis project with you?
Yes, of course. We collaborate with several universities and masters and many of our colleagues started out like this.
I live far away from Webranking’s offices but I would like to work with you. Can I still submit my application?
We have a very flexible smart working policy, so distance is not a problem for us.
Can I do smart working during my internship?
During internships, we evaluate on a case-by-case basis, taking into account also the views of the university/entity concerned
