Goals

Giunti Scuola, a part of the Giunti Editore Group, took advantage of the fact that it was updating its scholastic product line to adapt it to suit its strategic digital assets and to undertake a major journey of digital transformation.

Improving academic life by establishing relationships between students, teachers and families

Becoming a centralized hub for all of the content and materials that are of value for the life of every school

Creating a single access point for all of the content developed for three different targets of reference

Something entirely new in the landscape of Italian scholastic publishing for teachers, students and families

Approach

The giuntiscuola.it platform was completely redesigned and a new one was created with the help of Webranking. It combines proprietary technological elements belonging to Giunti Scuola, as well as new data-driven navigation flows.
User Experience and User Interface expertise were implemented to strategically redesign the environment, in order to rethink the site’s navigation and use journeys in such a way as to adapt the environment for a new membership-based business concept, where teachers could create a community in which to interact and cooperate virtually.
From a technological standpoint, meanwhile, the agency developed the site on a proprietary platform, using an innovative technological stack to deal with the complexities of the Giunti Scuola systems and the further need to reorganize all of the diverse academic resources offered by the brand, which often have very different use applications.
Webranking also provided SEO consulting, which served as a guide both for determining the new environment’s digital architecture and its search engine optimization, as well as its Digital Analytics, thus providing the Giunti Scuola team with the tools best suited to help make business decisions based on solid, certified data.
