Through the Webranking consultancy, vertical SEO activities were combined with Content Marketing interventions aimed at improving the online positioning of the brand. With the acquisition of the UBI Banca branches, it became the third national bank in terms of number of branches.
The strategy included, inter alia, some technical interventions and the creation of an editorial plan with vertical content; to this has been added a link-building strategy to improve the positioning of relevant keyword groups and constant support in optimizing the site for search engines.
In the first quarter of 2021, BPER Banca already recorded a 44% increase in staff sessions compared to the previous year and a 246% increase in leads generated, i.e., appointments taken online which are then handled in the branches, confirming an approach that is becoming ever more synergistic between online and offline channels.
